It’s heart warming to see and hear the employees laughing. The happiness of a barista goes into the quality of the drinks. The little one that handed me my mocha had the cutest smile and the tall guy behind her was very chatty. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone having a rough day. A little joy goes a long way.

We usually never have any issues with this location but today was a bit frustrating. My husband ordered an iced Matcha with light ice and got a hot and I ordered a Iced orchard shaken espresso with coldfoam light ice but got whip cream no cold foam and a cup full of ice. I did not ask for a remake as we already had my husband's remade and we were in a hurry. So I did ask for mine to be remade. Quite disappointing.

The best Starbucks i’ve ever been to. The GM accommodates all your needs and the rest of the employees are right there with her. Great Store! I’ve been there several times. When I’m in GR, this is the only one I will go to.

About standard for Starbucks. - White Chocolate Mocha (Venti) - $6.84: I ordered it standard. It is lighter in flavor and boldness than the smaller versions (Tall and Grande). - Service: Very pleasant and spelled my name right. My coffee was served quickly, correctly, and hot. - Atmosphere: Light background music from the 80’s (or sounded similar to that). A friend and I sat in comfortable chairs. For an hour to talk. It was a little difficult to hear each other (6-7am) with people coming and going, but it worked alright. Visited on a Friday at 6am.

I love this Starbucks. Fast, friendly & great service!! with happy, smiling employees that serve me every time. Lots of coffee choices & food, etc, to choose from. The atmosphere is nice inside as well as out, with a small patio area to sit when weather permits. Prices are decent, & food is good. Give this place a try for your coffee/ Frappuccino needs :) You won't be disappointed! I have returned a few times now because I love this location. I just wish there was more parking or a bigger lot. Whoever designed this one didn't account for the extreme amount traffic this location has, especially now there's a few more stores in this strip mall, but that's not Starbucks' fault. Definitely go here for your needs!! A+ store!!
